How to reach us

We handle every enquiry through the form below. It reaches the people who plan the journeys, and the reply comes by email to the address you give. Writing keeps a record of what was asked and agreed, which matters on a trip with several hotels, guides and internal flights.

The form has five short fields and an optional section. Fill in as much of the optional section as you can: the length of trip, what matters most to you, a rough budget, and anything we should know about mobility, diet or children. A message that names the sites you want and the month you can travel gets a much more useful first reply than a message asking for “a tour”.

What happens after you send it

We read the request and, if something important is missing, write back with questions.
We send a draft itinerary with site hours, named hotels and a line-by-line quote.
You tell us what to change; we revise until the plan suits you.
When you are ready, we confirm in writing and explain payment.

An example of a useful first message

Example

Two of us, both in our sixties, in the second half of February. About twelve days. We want Angkor properly and Luang Prabang, and would add Hue if it fits. One of us finds steep stairs difficult. Deluxe rooms; a historic building matters more to us than a pool. We read a little about the Khmer Empire before our last trip and would like a guide who can go further.

A message like this lets us answer the real questions at once: whether twelve days hold three places (they do, just), which Angkor temples can be seen without the steepest climbs, and which hotels in Luang Prabang occupy old buildings. A message that says only “a tour of Indochina in February” gets a reply full of questions instead of a plan, and the plan arrives a round of emails later.

If you are not sure what you want yet, say that too. Tell us what drew you to the region, a book, a photograph, a building you read about, and we will suggest where to start.

Useful before you write

Which journey is closest to what you want? Compare them on the tours page.
Which sites matter most? The heritage sites table lists every World Heritage property in the three countries with the time each needs.
Which month? Each destination page has a month-by-month guide.
Any religious sites on your list? Read the temple etiquette guide for dress rules.

What we cannot help with

We do not issue visas, sell travel insurance or book international flights. We will fit your journey around flights you have booked, and we will point you to the official sources for visas. We also do not combine separate bookings into shared departures: every journey is private.
